Email policy

CANDID writes only to businesses: independent shops and the people who buy for them. We never email consumers who have not asked to hear from us, and we never send bulk mail.

Every email is written for one store and reviewed by our team. Messages are plain text, come from a named sender you can reply to, and say how to stop hearing from us.

If you reply "stop" or ask to be removed, we take you off our list right away and do not contact you again. You can also write to support@getcandidcards.com and we will remove you within one business day.

We do not allow anyone, including partners or agencies, to promote CANDID or any of our domains through unsolicited bulk email.
